Just wanted to write to you to thank you for your ongoing level of service and attention. As a new Mercedes Benz owner, I feel that the service and representation you demonstrate is genuine and is much appreciated. It is a pleasure dealing with someone who is deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the product he represents. I was very impressed with the service I received. Peter, the Sales Consultant, was incredible. He greeted us right away and treated my Father with the utmost respect. Although he knew my father was not purchasing a vehicle, he went over the features of a few of the cars he liked and even spoke a little Spanish. As a result, my Father is talking about trading in his Infiniti and switching to Mercedes.
When it came time to talk numbers, Peter was clear and succinct. He didn't waste my time and draw out the negotiations. He listened to what I had to say and made the numbers match up to my financial comfort zone.
Financing the vehicle was relatively painless. Julio was very professional and polite and went over the contract thoroughly. It was clear his level of expertise was above average.
Overall, the experience was extremely positive. I will definitely be referring Walter's to my family and friends.

In September 2006, I purchased my first Mercedes - a 2007 CLK Cabriolet. I had planned to buy an Acura TL; however, my daughter and son-in-law loved their Mercedes CLK and convinced me to buy one for myself. I now have 62,000 miles on my car and have had excellent service from Walter's. It is my service advisors, however, who have gone the extra mile in making me feel supported and valued as a customer. Mario Torres is my most recent service advisor; and I must say that he is the best one yet. When my emails to him kept going to his spam folder, he gave me his personal email address that goes to his phone. He is unfailingly polite - regardless of my questions or concerns (early on, I called to complain that my windshield wipers varied their speed when on the lowest setting - I learned that they were supposed to do that). When appropriate, he arranges for me to have a loaner - a very big deal since I live alone and have no other transportation.
I would probably save some money if I had my service done at someplace other than a dealer; however, I will continue to return to Walter's because of employees like Mario Torres.

I apologize for my delay in response to our wonderful experience with your "Class Act" employee by the name of, Duke Truong. From the moment we entered the doors of Walter's Mercedes-Benz in Riverside we were immediately greeted by Mr. Truong with a smile and enthusiasm I've never seen before by a car sales man. Our sale was'nt exactly an easy one for Mr. Truong , however, he never gave up until we were able to leave with the vehicle we wanted. He at no time was like our past experiences with car sales man were one would wish for that person to go away. From the moment we met him he was continuously by our side and completely responsive to our needs. Since the date of our purchase Mr. Truong has called a few times to make sure everything was going well with our vehicle. As noted, Mr. Truong is a "Class Act" as a salesman and now, a friend. If I was a manager of a prestigious dealership, as Mercedes -Benz, I would feel especially blessed to have an employee as Mr. Truong working for me. - Well, we would also like to say thank you for every other person involved with the sale of our vehicle, it was truelly an awesome experience.

Patty was incredibly helpful and personable throughout the process, answering all my phone calls and questions. The issue was complicated, but eventually resolved although the length of time necessary was disappointingly slow. Overall, Walter's provided good work at a price lower than estimated.

My name is Norma Tunnell and I am taking a moment to jot down a few words on my recent experience at your dealership. On January 1, 2011 my husband and I were looking at BMW's at the dealership up the street from yours. My Husband has always been a BMW fan and we were test driving a few since my Audi lease was ending. I wanted to take a few days to think about the purchase of the BMW we had decided on and had left. We passed the Mercedes-Benz dealer and decided to look at a comparable alternative to the BMW. We started to look at the cars on the lot when we were approached by a sales rep by the name of Duc Trough. I must be honest that at first I was saying to myself "can't they just leave us alone." Well, his approach and conversation immediately made me change my mind. He was not one of those "pushy sales types" that you inevitably encounter at dealerships. He instantly made me and my husband feel at ease and that this was "our time". He was able to handle the pressure put on by my husband (BMW fan to the end) to explain the unique differences between the two car types. I was instantly sold and within an hour my husband put up the white flag.
We made the decision to lease a new 2011 C300 and the process couldn't have been easier. Our experience just got better when dealing with Paul Heng, Sales Manager and into finance with Juilo. The time we had there was filled with humor an fun - not a typical auto purchase experience!!! I can honestly say that I will only go to Walter's Mercedes-Benz to purchase my next car and will recommend to anyone interested in a Mercedes to take a trip to Riverside to see Duc, Paul and Julio!!!
