The hardware speaks for itself
Walter's has been in business for almost 50 years and Walter Kienle himself traces    his success all  back to when he first open his service shop back in 1964. He knew that by treating people well and servicing their cars right the first time they'll tell their friends and be back. 

Now, all these years later Walter's still does business the same way and Walter's is recognized time and time again for it. When you treat people the way they want to be treated and hire only the best employees the awards just come with the territory.


                                                                                                                                                          Walter by trade is a mechanic so when he first open Walter's he serviced every car that came  through the shop. He was a perfectionist who prided himself on fixing every car right the first time. That same belief still holds strong today. In fact, Walter can still be seen walking through every service department and instilling his high level of service expectations.

The principles that Walter stands for are a rarity these days among car dealers. Today, a car dealer who can fix a problem right the first time is considered extraordinary but at Walter's it's just how Walter thinks business should be done.

This year Walter's was given the Bertha Benz trophy for being the national Precision Fixed First Time Award winner for a large Mercedes-Benz dealership. 
                                                                                                                                                      Walter Kienle was honored in 2011 as Time Magazine's dealer of the year. This national award recognizes the longevity of a dealer within their community as well as what that dealer has contributed to that community.

Over the years Walter's has sold thousands of cars within the community but has also help raise over 2.6 million dollars over the past 16 years for the Loma Linda University Children's Hospital.
                                                                                                                                                         As one the largest New Mercedes-Benz dealers in the country, Walter's is also one of the largest  Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz dealers as well.                                                                                                    Walters offers both Certified and Non-Certified Mercedes-Benz vehicles all backed with Walter's 5 Day 500 Mile exchange program.

In 2011 Walter's was recognized for their achievements in Pre-Owned sales.
