In a recently released report by Interbrand, Mercedes-Benz once again retained its #12 ranking among the worlds top 100 global brands according to Interbrands 2011 Best Global Brands Report. Only three automotive companies made the top 15 list and only 11 made the overall top 100 which determines the value of a brand by its financial performance, the role of the brand and the brands strength.
